Shipping and Processing

We ship to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and some othe countries identified in the Checkout page; If you want a shipment to some other place, please contact our customer service department (CustomerService@MexHandcraft.com) and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five to ten business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Expedited Delivery and Processing

For an extra charge of $1.45 dollars per pound of total shipping weight, we can arrange for expedited delivery to the US 48 contiguous states.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico, all shipments are expedited.

If we receive your order by 3 pm CT Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within three to five business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on or before Friday.

International Shipping

We only ship to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and some othe countries clearly identified in the Checkout page.

If you want a shipment to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses, or to any other country, please contact our Customer Service department at CustomerService@MexHandcraft.com.

Sales Tax and Duties

There are neither Sales Taxes nor Duties for shipments to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
